Frequently Asked Questions
How does Arnica keep my data secure?
Arnica takes customer data very seriously. Along with actively maintaining Arnica's SOC 2 Type 2 data security compliance and ISO 27001 certification, Arnica takes a number of steps to ensure your data is kept safe. See how on our Arnica Security page.
Do I need a credit card to sign-up for a free trial?
Nope. There are no hidden clauses, no strings attached. You won't be signed up automatically at the end of your trial. At the end of the 14-day trial, you will be moved to the (forever) Free account version, and given the option to upgrade.
How does Arnica define Identities and Identity count?
Arnica defines Identities as any users and other contributing entities that contributed code and/or had PR activity during the last 90 days. To ensure Identity count is accurate Arnica removes duplicates across orgs. Groups of contributors, Assets, and Orgs themselves are not included in the Identity count.
What happens if my identity count increases?
Arnica’s system tracks your active identity count and makes the number of Identities easily visible within the Arnica inventory page. Don't worry, if your ID count grows beyond your purchased amount, Arnica will still provide you with all the protection coverage for those IDs as well. Arnica will issue a true-up invoice for the added IDs.
Why are the identified risks updated once a week?
Arnica's data ingestion runs automatically once every 7 days to ensure risks are found quickly even on our free plan. As soon as you upgrade to one of our premium plans the data ingestion automatically occurs in real-time.
Are yearly plans cheaper?
Yes! Though the Arnica subscription is annual in term regardless of a monthly or annual payment, we appreciate our loyal customers and reward them with a discounted price on their annual pre-paid plans. For each Arnica tier, the annual pre-paid plan offers a roughly 17% discount from a monthly plan.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to the Arnica tier you have paid for throughout the current term period, and we will adjust or cancel the bill at the start of the next billing term.
Can I upgrade my plan after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time within the app.
